By booking a tour or using our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Payments

  • Full payment must be made on arrival day unless otherwise agreed.

  • All tours are non-refundable if canceled within the last few days before departure.

  • Early/late hotel check-ins or check-outs are possible on request (fees may apply).

2. Tour Operations

  • Guests must be ready at the designated meeting point 15 minutes before departure.

  • Tourkeystay is not responsible for delays due to traffic conditions or missed pickup due to guest tardiness.

  • Tour timings are typically from 8–9 AM to 4–5 PM unless specified otherwise.

3. Luggage & Transfers

  • Domestic flight allowance: 15 kg + 8 kg cabin.

  • International flights: 30 kg + 8 kg cabin.

  • Additional baggage fees at airports are the guest’s responsibility.

  • Transfers wait max: 1 hr (international), 30 mins (domestic) after landing. Late guests must arrange their own transport.

4. Tour Conduct & Participation

  • No part of the itinerary can be changed once the tour has started.

  • All communication must be in written form (text/email), not via phone call.

  • All tours involve walking; guests should wear comfortable shoes.

  • None of the tours are suitable for guests with disabilities.

  • Guests who violate guidelines or misbehave may have their tours cancelled without refund.

5. Hotel Accommodation

  • Guests are advised to check hotel amenities and locations online before confirming.

  • Tourkeystay is not responsible for hotel service complaints after booking confirmation.

  • Dinners are not included; hotels are centrally located with nearby dining options.

6. Responsibilities & Liabilities

  • We are not responsible for lost belongings.

  • If a guest leaves the group to retrieve lost items, the group will not wait.

  • Tourkeystay holds no liability for personal loss, delays due to force majeure, or acts of nature.

7. Respect & Equality

  • Every guest is treated equally, regardless of their profession, nationality, or social status.

  • We expect all guests to respect local laws, cultural norms, and fellow travelers.

8. B2B and Third-Party Bookings

  • The same rules apply to agency bookings.

  • Miscommunication or violations by third-party agencies will not be considered grounds for exceptions or refunds.
